Earlier in 2022, Atlante teamed up with UK brand Faith in Nature to provide logistics and supply chain support as they launched their product in the United States. We’re delighted that the eco beauty company, renowned for its pioneering approach to ethically sourced natural products is continuing to push the boundaries of conventional business with the appointment of a non-executive director to represent nature on its executive board.

Putting nature at the heart of what they do, health and beauty brand Faith in Nature has appointed a new non-executive director who will represent nature on its board. The new director or ‘nature guardian’ will play a part in developing the business strategy.

The hope from Simeon Rose, Faith In Nature’s creative director, Faith In Nature’s creative director, is that other businesses will follow their lead and take their responsibility to the natural world seriously.

“We’re really happy to share details of how and why we did this” Rose said. We’ve always wanted nature to be at the heart of what we do, and this felt like the next serious step we could take to make that a reality.”

The person who will take this role at Faith in Nature is Bronte Ansell, who is a senior lecturer in law at the Essex Law School and director of Lawyers for Nature, she is delighted that Faith in Nature is serious about its decision to make significant changes in the way it works.

Ansell says: “It’s not my place to have all the answers. I think my role is about taking complex information and translating it into something that the board can actually [take] action [on],”

Faith In Nature, which sells soap and haircare products, as well as household cleaners and shampoo for dogs, says it is the first company in the world to give nature a formal vote on corporate decisions that might affect it.
