The awards took place at the Love Cheese Live event 21st - 22nd October which was held at the Staffordshire County Show Ground, Stafford.
We are delighted to announce that our Sainsbury's Taste The Difference Buffalo Mozzarella scooped an ICDA Bronze award in its class for traditional Mozzarella's.
Atlante entered 4 cheeses in support of its customer, Sainsbury's.

Grana Padano D.O.P. Riserva is an Italian hard cheese made with unpasteurised milk, matured over 20 months. It tastes nutty and sweet and is delicious when tasted after being dipped in aged balsamic vinegar.
Our Taste The Difference GRANA PADANO RISERVA 150g was entered into the Best Italian Cheese - Grana Padano PDO category.
Sainsbury's Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese, Taste the Difference 125g
Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is a delicate soft milky cheese made from buffalo milk, which tastes mild and milky.
Our Taste The Difference BUFFALO MOZZARELLA 125g won a bronze ICDA accolade in the traditional mozzarella category. Made from either cows or buffalo milk with a minimum moisture content of 60%
Sainsbury's Gorgonzola Dolce Cheese, Taste the Difference 200g
A pasteurised semi-soft full fat blue cheese D.O.P, whic is matured in the caves of Valsassina in the Alps to give it a creamy and sweet taste.
Taste The Difference GORGONZOLA DOLCE 200g was entered into the soft, semi soft or cream cheese - Blue Veined category.
Sainsbury's Taleggio Cheese, Taste the Difference 200g
A pasteurised full fat semi-hard cheese D.O.P, which is an aromatic but smooth rinded cheese with a mild and tangy flavour.
Taste the Difference TALEGGIO 200g Naturally Smoked Cheese was entered into the Hard category, (Non UK producers).
